بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Bismillaahil-lazee laa yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa laa fis-samaa'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem.

Recite three times in the morning and three times in the evening.
Whoever recites it three times in the morning and three times in the evening, nothing will harm him.
