Seeking Refuge: Surah An-Nas

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
Qul a'oodhu bi-Rabbin-naas, Malikin-naas, Ilaahin-naas, min sharril-waswaasil-khannaas, allazee yuwaswisu fee sudoorin-naas, minal-jinnati wan-naas.
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer who whispers in the breasts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind., Saheeh International (en)
Quran 114:1-6
Recite three times morning and evening along with Surah Al-Falaq.
