سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (×٣٣) الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (×٣٣) اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (×٣٣) لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
SubhanAllah (×33), Alhamdulillah (×33), Allahu Akbar (×33), then say: Laa ilaaha ill-Allaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer.
Glory be to Allah (33×). Praise be to Allah (33×). Allah is the Greatest (33×). Then: There is no deity except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things capable., Sahih International (en)

Recite after every obligatory prayer.
His sins will be forgiven even if they are as abundant as the foam of the sea.
