لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Laa ilaaha illaa Anta, Subhaanaka innee kuntu minaz-zaalimeen.
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers., Saheeh International (en)

The du'a of Prophet Yunus (Jonah) from the belly of the whale. Effective for any difficulty.
No Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except that Allah responds to him.
